I haven't heard of anyone doing this, though I have been planning for
several months to do an experimental wall of this sort in a large dog
house (4 dogs from 30 - 90 lbs each) if I can ever get out of the office.
I was planning on using cob to tie the two walls together, and straw
in the space for insulation. Cob season is about over around here, so I
am not sure I will get it done this year.
