I have an excellent bookmark on the subject, but couldn't find
it this AM....in a hurry...

As I recall, the important points were:  birds; a metal net must 
be woven into the assembly, and fungis;  the tricks of pretreat-
ment.  Personally, I think flammability is also a problem....
