Cob GBlist: Low Cost Housing

Dear Don,

I know what you mean by the "affordability" issue.  What our realtors call
affordable is a joke to real low-income people.  We are hoping to start
building with a combination of cob and straw-bale, but still in the planning
stages.  In the Delta, we have people living in terrible conditions, paying
huge energy bills, and paying high RENT for the privilege!
