<HTML> Hi cobbers, <BR>Been watching the thread about building codes with great interest. I've checked with the county codes for building in this county(Beckham County, Okla.). They told me that since we are well outside of town(7 miles) that there are no codes. We can build what we want, how we want. I sure hope she knows what she was talking about. Now, I don't know about getting electricity and phone hooked up. This may create some sort of problem, i'm not sure. We plan to move a small trailer house onto the land and live in it as we build our home, and this may solve that type of problem(we hope). Ultimately, we won't let any obstacle get in our way. <BR>Remember: An unjust law is not a law, and therefore should be ignored.</HTML>
