M J,

I'm writing to you alone and not the entire list as I seem to need some guidance
here. Mr. Edwards seems to be telling me to take my discussion about farming, the
environment and over population somewhere else as it is not about cob.

What are the rules here? I don't want to tromp all over the regulars by breaking the
rules, but it seems to me that a full discussion of cob housing, it's strong and weak
points, and how it fits in with other environmental concerns is not out of line. If
it is, then I need to know.

Please answer as soon as you can because I'm aching to "take up the pen" to answer Mr.
Schinnerer, who seems to be too dense to figure out what I was saying about composting
vs. just leaving the land fallow. <VBG!>

Also, are you a Michael James or a Mary Jane, if you don't mind me asking, of course.
