Just out of curiosity, where is the class being held? I mean they didn't offer that class at any of my schools, but I wish they would have. It Sounds great! I think some slides or photos of homes would help. Mention things like how long folks in england have lived in cob homes, and that a some people would never guess that these homes are cob houses.
