Cob list configuration change

Effective immediately, I have decided to change the way the coblist works
so that when you reply to a message from the list, the reply will go
directly to the person who originally sent the message, not the list.
With most mail programs you should have an option that will allow you to
reply to the list as well (possibly something like "reply to all").  If
you don't have an option which replies to the list, then you will need to
explicitly tell your mail program to send your message to the coblist:
"coblist at deatech.com" each time you wish to reply to the list.  This
change should hopefully eliminate accidental/off topic responses to the
list.  This change will not affect those of you who are subscribed to the
digest version of the list.
