Fannie Mae guidelines are just that GUIDELINES  NOT hard and fast rules --
what this basically means is that the appraiser didn't have the b------ to
write a letter suggesting that the house still had merit as a super insulated
etc etc structure --- ask for a copy of the appraisal, which you are by
federal law entitled to, email me for my fax number and I'll write you a
