Has anyone heard about this program or what they intend to do?

Earth Craft House Program Launched The Greater Atlanta Home Builders
Association, with sponsorship support from industry, government, and the
nonprofit sector, officially launched the Earth Craft HouseSM Program
this September. Developed with assistance from the Southface Energy
Institute and the NAHB Research Center, this program is one of the most
comprehensive of the various Home Builder Association-sponsored Green
Builder Programs to have appeared in the past few years.
