Do you mean geothermal as in you have a source of geothermal heat at your
site to pipe into the dwelling?  This was done in the floor of the cob
structure built at Breitenbush hot springs in OR this past summer, and
seemed to work just great (they use geothermal heat from the hot springs to
heat all their buildings).
