Cob: How to unsubscribe, access archives, etc.

A number of people have been asking how to get off the coblist lately, so
I thought I would post the information.  This information is also
available on the coblist home page, which also provides access to the
coblist archives at:

    http://www.deatech.com/natural/coblist/

A digest version of the coblist is also available which will cut down on
the number of emails you receive by merging a number of messages together
into a single email.

You can unsubscribe from the coblist either by using a form available on
the coblist web page listed above, or by email using these instructions.
Send an email to: majordomo at deatech.com with the following line in the
BODY, NOT SUBJECT of the message:

   unsubscribe coblist

If you wish to change to the digest mode of the coblist, use the following
two lines instead of the above:

   subscribe coblist-digest
   unsubscribe coblist
   
For those of you with multiple email accounts, if you are trying to
unsubscribe an email account other than the one that you are sending the
message from, you will need to add the email address of the account you
wish to unsubscribe from to the end of the above line like this:

   unsubscribe coblist your_other_accounts_email_address

(if you are switching to digest mode, you will need to add the email
address to the end of both lines in the message).
