Cob: workshop in N.Carolina?

I am moving to North Carolina this fall and am hoping to get involved
with some cob construction. Does anyone know of any projects or
workshops coming up in the next year.  I will probably be in the
Wilmington area from mid-August onward.
Any info on previous projects available for viewing would be great too.
