Cob: Cobb wall sealer - all natural

I have data on a sealer that takes powdered dirt and turns it into a
surface as hard as concrete, only it doesn't out-gas or erode.  Works
on any wall, floor, driveway, sidewalk, etc.  It's all natural, and
not terribly expensive.  Once treated, the surface will be completely
