Cob: Cob Cottage - Cob practicums

Cobbers with some experience are invited to participate in one or two
practicums sponsored by Cob Cottage Co. in Coquille, Oregon (near Coos
Bay about 20 minutes from the southern Oregon coast. Cob Cottage is
offering instruction and a chance to work on finishing a building; the
work will include plastering, putting on a living roof and putting in
doors and windows. The dates are Oct. 22-26 and Oct. 29-Nov. 2; each
week is limited to 6 people. Participants in either practicum can take
the Pyromania workshop on rocket stove mass heaters, Oct. 26-28, for half
price ($100). There's no charge for the practicums, just bring some food
