Cob: TWO failures

Exactly what I've been thinking.

I haven't even posted to introduce myself, yet. I was
waiting to do that until the first time I read a topic
I wanted to post about... but all I've been seeing is
ridiculous, childish bickering between Ocean and
Darel, and now I'm fed up. I'm going to speak my mind
now, and if it gets me bitched out I won't be at all
surprised considering recent behavior. But I think
somebody needs to say this.

Look, you two, I don't know either of you so I don't
give a damn who's right or wrong. I've read your
conflicts, the one over "philosophy" and this one over
personal crap. YOU'VE BOTH BEEN RUDE AND CHILDISH, at
different times. Darel was rude and childish about the
book and the "philosophy" discussion. Ocean responded
in kind, and then went on to publicly psychoanalyze
somebody based on a humorous comment about their wife.
Darel jumped on the excuse to flame Ocean again even
though it had nothing to do with him, to which Ocean
responded defensively to deny his ridiculous behavior
and claim it was justified. NEITHER OF YOU has the
moral high ground, got it? All you've succeeded in
doing with your vitriol and aggression is to show your
worst side to a bunch of people who don't have a
personal relationship with you to put it in
perspective. Now you've both convinced me that you're
obnoxious fools with fragile egos. Isn't that nice?
I'm sure it's what you wanted out of this. What
neither of you have succeeded in doing at any point is
to convince me of your righteousness. 

I was really hoping to get something useful out of
this list. I'm interested in cob building. Could you
people please begin to act like adults so I can stay
on the list and get something useful out of it?
