I don't know of any lists dedicated to these topics, but at least to some extent they are appropriate for the coblist. Cob/adobe type floors can be made very durable and work quite well, and refined cob type mixes are the basis of many natural plasters, both of these are quite appropriate for discussion on this list. In addition, discussion of plasters in general, even non-cob based, I consider to be reasonable on this list since plastering of cob both inside and out is a fairly common (and often necessary) practice and therefore knowledge of a variety of plasters and techniques is an essential skill for cobbers. Of course I would prefer that this not turn into the cement stucco list :-) but if your questions are primarily about plasters and/or earthen floors and not to much about plywood, then go ahead and ask.
