Cob: natural building

I'd like to recommend a book that I just checked out
of the library - "The Art of Natural Building", edited
by Joseph F. Kennedy, Michael G. Smith, and Catherine
Wanek, put out by New Society Publishers, 2002.

It is a compilation of writings from some 40-50 people
around the country, full of great info, insight,
advice.  And, all the authors list their home
addresses.  Aside from the book itself being great,
each article lists additional good books and
organizations. The reference section lists over 50
places in the country that offer workshops on every
part of natural building imaginable.  I was surprised
to find 8 of these organizations are in Eastern US.
This may open up possibilities for those who can't
afford the trip to the many workshops that are held in
the SW and NW.
