I agree with the other post, by dcv. There are several people interested in "getting their hands wet" and having the experience of cob building. Perhaps you could host a "barn raising party"?
The other option is, some of the cob building workshops offer to bring 15 people to build your house, if you take a workshop through them. You could ask....
