Cob: Subject lines, please!

Hey gang,

Please include (or update) subject lines when you post to the list!

Out of the last 27 posts (not including the couple of posts arguing 
for/against OT, which I deleted), there are only 4 with subject 
lines.  For those of us who receive a whole lot of email (I'm on 22 
green lists and 15 tech lists), subject lines that actually describe 
what you're posting about are *really* helpful!
