[Cob] small house design / kitchen appliances

Where do you want to build.
Typically I'm told that a 120 square feet is the largest building you can
build without a permit in many places.
Make your house like House and Garden  is something you can strive for..
But what are you trying to accomplish? Will you have water? From where?
