I guess it depends on how you're defining those terms.  Are you talking about 
intangible "value" (as in the value of a well-built house)?  Or are you talking 
about literal, assessed value?  I'm sure the assessed value is around what I 
quoted, despite the fact that my BIL has a tiny lot (most of which is taken up 
by the enormous house).  Obviously I don't think his place is "worth" much, 
though, no matter the price tag.
