[Cob] Mold, mildew, or rot in cob?

You could get all of these during the construction process (though
building during the warmest part of summer should minize or prevent all
of these).  Putting a lime based plaster over the wall once it's done
will help to seal in any remaining traces of it and prevent additional
growth, though how effective it is will depend on where you build, how the
building is used and how sensitive your friends are.  If it is cool and
moist inside your building, you are going to have problems with mold and
mildew, regardless of what it is made of.
