[Cob] Location of Cob Project on TV

I saw that at least a year ago (or two - time flies). For some reason I
thought it was British Columbia, or in the pacific northwest somewhere.
It may have been the show, "Healthy Home", although I'm not certain on
that. Maybe I can do some creative internet searching to help find it.
