[Cob] New + Colorado?

Hello!
I have just subscribed but I have read the Hand Sculpted House a number of times and the Cob Builder's Handbook as well. I am very enthusiastic about all of this information but am in a dynamic time of my life right now (college, marriage, moving) so am mostly using my time to soak up information and make test bricks at my parents home (we live in Texas hill country, it's kind of hard to find soil here to use!). I'm also hoping to start a stock pile of useful scrounged building supplies, windows and such, so that when we're ready to settle down (maybe 5-10 yrs from now) we'll have savings for land, tons of information and a good amount of supplies :-D

So much for an introduction, my question is something I know people have asked before but I wasn't sure if anyone got any answers. My fiance and I are getting hitched in August and are touring Colorado for our honeymoon. I've never been there but did read about someone in the HSH book who has a cottage there (I know someone was searching for her last month). I would love to include seeing a cob building or cob in progress building on our honeymoon! If anyone has any suggestions for this, please let me know. We will be in Colorado from around the 8th to the 18th.

Thanks!
Ruthie Ann
