[Cob] Cheap Land with no building restrictions

Hey guys,

I think people on this list might be interested in this piece of land for sale.

It is 40 acres for only $8K.  It is located in Texas, and there are no building
codes or restrictions in this area.

The property actually has a nice natural soil that would end itself great to cob
or adobe.  Also, there are lots of limestone rocks for foundation work.

This is a great piece of land for anyone wanting to build an alternative
homestead.  I live about 8 miles from this property, where I am building a rock
and cob home with solar and wind power, and we even have rainwater catchment.
The area is magnificant and very "free" (non-restrictive).
