[Cob] How warm must it be to work?

Well  I made up some paperpulp kitty litter slurry and troweled it on an
old interior basement wall.
It was a rough wall that was once on the outsid eof my house. No it is on
the inside of an addition.
The mixture went on really nice and stuck very nicely.
I'll be interested as to how it will look tomorrow.  It would seem a very
cheap way of giving a finished look
to cinder block are near zero expense. I assume you could do this with
papercrete.
