[Cob] List problems

The coblist has been in a somewhat indeterminate state for just over
three days.  I was just informed of the problem today and believe that it
has now been fixed (this message is also a test), but either there were no
new messages posted to the list in the last three days or they were
bounced or lost by the list problems, and will need to be resent.
