The Clock is political...  At the equator,,, I think each minute
equals aprox. 17.36111... miles of sun travel... It has been a while since I
figured
that out.. The closer you get to the poles, the shorter that distance
will be...
So what this means, if those are true numbers for the equator.
If it is noon for you now at the equator,, if you go 17.36111... miles west,
it will be noon one minute later...
