[Cob] Removal from list

Please don't send your messages requesting removal from the list to
the coblist, it needlessly clutters the list.  Every message from
the coblist contains a link at the bottom to the page to use for
unsubscribing from the list or to get help, and each month you
receive a message reminding you about your list subscription and
password for making changes to the settings.

It's rude and lazy to send these messages to the list rather than
making the effort to remove yourself, and you may have to wait one
to two weeks for me to remove you since I am out of the country and
my internet access is sporadic at best.
