And it kind of looks like some things were taken straight from the Cobber's 
Companion to Hand sculpted house.  IIRC, a lot of the drawings are the same.

but people do tend to have the Becky Bee book out in the yard with them as 
they build.

(it sounds like the book is being classified as "rare" because people who 
had it used it, and there isn't much coming in that could be classified as 
"good"--in some cases that can mean "never read.")
