[Cob] Cob financing??? and rant

Oh yea--I forgot to mention that we couldn't find a lender to loan money 
for more than 10 years--and that was a stretch.  As it is, we got only a 
3 year loan--a balloon payment sort of loan where we make payments for 3 
years and, at that time, either pay it off, re-finance it, or wrap it 
into a construction loan.
