[Cob] 1. Re: networkingJack Simmons ganesa_9 at yahoo.comWed Jun 6 15:50:49 CDT 2007
Oh I just wish somebody was doing some cob work here in Northern Ohio! Even though I have one of those "lifer" jobs where you put in 60 or so hours a week, I'd be there on the weekends to help and learn... I suspect I live in the wrong area for cob activity. coblist-request at deatech.com wrote: Send Coblist mailing list submissions to coblist at deatech.com To subscribe or unsubscribe via the World Wide Web, visit http://www.deatech.com/mailman/listinfo/coblist or, via email, send a message with subject or body 'help' to coblist-request at deatech.com You can reach the person managing the list at coblist-owner at deatech.com When replying, please edit your Subject line so it is more specific than "Re: Contents of Coblist digest..." It may be they don't want to help in something illegal? Or the small town "barn raising" attitude is long gone from our culture? Anyway, I keep working on my building ALONE! But getting unpaid helpers is pretty much impossible here. I work all week and can only have local weekenders which rules out holding a workshop for me. All my "friends" were gung hoe about cob until I actually started working, now I'm lucky if they call me once a month.
