[Cob] Elephant dung and more

I sitting on a pile of elephant dung as a possible plaster mix and need to know 
just how it should be used. I've heard it's the best, but how dry should it be 
and what ratio of sand and clay should I use. I may also have some other four 
leggeds that want to contribute. Get back back to me asap, because the elephants 
are waiting.
