[Cob] Cob projects in Portland, OR?

Hi, I just finished the foundation of my small cob hut, and before I begin the cob wall, I was wondering if there were any cob projects going on now in the Portland area that I could come look at. Also, are there any finished cob houses that I could check out... I'm still figuring out the roof.
