Dear Don,

The University of Oregon Environmental Science and Building Laboratory has
come up with a prototype low cost energy efficient housing unit that you
may be interested in.  It might be more focused on a signle family unit
than you are looking for, but they may have other projects going as welll.
The person to contact is Charlie Brown, the head of the lab, but anyone
