anyway,  interesting post.... but what i am most curious about is this
"trespassing" antecdote....

will it work in Virginia?  I'm interested in doing some unconventional
construction on my 3 and 17 acre parcels in orange county.... and don't
believe that i should have to jump through hoops for building inspectors,
accessors, etc....   sounds like you have some experience in this
area......
