  How about building a demo wall in your classroom.  Find some flat stones
a make a small wall.  Bring in a couple of buckets of clay and sand, along
with a tarp and some straw and get everyone mixing and building.  Cob
Cottage Co also has some great slides.  Go for it, get muddy and have fun.
