And when you consider that everyone could assist one another in the
building stages that many backs are needed in like wall-roof raising...
Like someones got a tiller, somebody a tablesaw. And hey, I know where a
ton of nice windows are, used-goodshape & free...Let's chip in on a
ditchdigger rental...Well-drillin' rig...Are you getting the picture?

Yeap. And what kind of commerce could a little eco-cohousing type place
bring in  in way of workshops, teaching/instructing...da da da..It would
help in the "always get to meet somebody new" dept.
