Hi. I'm brand new to the list-- I've been subscribed for about an hour. As a
way of saying hello, I thought I'd mention that I just stumbled upon a deal
y'all might be interested in. http://www.bookcloseouts.com offers Michael
McClintock's "Alternative Housebuilding" for $9.99 + $3 S&H. They have 5
copies left after the one I just ordered, so you should act quick.

Also regarding books, check out http://www.bookfinder.com to quickly search
for used copies of any books you may be searching for. So far, I've only
turned up a few of the titles I've searched for on this topic, but I've had
excellent results on most other topics. For new books, always search at
http://www.addall.com before ordering-- they check against 33 online book
dealers (Amazom, Barnes & Noble, & a bunch more) & give you a list of
everybody's prices, including postage... For example, one of their dealer's
lists "the Cob Builder's Handbook" at $21.41 delivered. Usually, you can
save even more. (Both Bookfinder & Addall are meta-search engines. You
search there, but order direct from the dealer.)
