Cob resale value

I'd say that most folks who are going to the trouble of building a sustainable
home usually are aiming to live in it for life, but you have to give that some
thought before building one. If you are using a stamped architects plans,
build up to code, and do not make too many blunders, you should get out of it
what you have into it. I'd say the usual owner-builder disclaimers apply like
doors that open the wrong way (and hit the overhang -- seen that), ergonomic
problems that result in excess plumbing nightmares, drainage problems, etc.
Common sense applies here for sure!
