Today my banker told me that he couldn't give me fannie mae financing because there are no comprable sales in Northern Michigan. He would give a bank financed loan at about two and one half percentage points higher. Of course I would prefer a fannie mae loan. Any help out there. I am busily searching the archives as you read this. Thanks. Keith
