Hello cobbers.  I have been watching the debates that come up occasionally 
about r-value and thermal mass.  I ran across this site tonight and thought 
the bit about "floating" around the middle of the page may help some people 
out.  A study by NIST may be helpful in the building code arena also.  Well,
