Ocean,
Glad you got a good response.  I've found working with volunteers
creative & a real challenge.  Educating  &  cracking the whip benignly
are real important,  Quality control is essential and the real
challenge.  Are you going to use any sort of mechanical mixer?
You say you are getting a permit.  Can you share the story of that with
the cob list.  Obtaining a building permit is a real stumbling block to
a lot of otherwise realized cob projects.
