yes, there was stoppage of thw work eventually..my friend said the
villagers laughed at them in the beginning, but evenetually joined in to
help--this was 3-4 years ago when it began.

politics or some other local problems kept the cafe from fruition..it's
a shame, but people need to work out their issues I guess.

I have some nice photos of old men and woman building the stone
foundation, and children stomping the mud...
