Cob: What size wood for cob building?

Hi- unless you are doing an infill cob wall then you only need wood for
doorframes, roof purlins and window bucks..and even then not much.

roof spans will be determined when you beigin building so cutting any
wood before hand is probably not adviseable...can you store the raw
wood?
