Cob: spam on the list

Before anyone feels the need to respond to the spam that just went out to
the coblist, the spammer has been removed.

I don't quite understand why a person would go to the trouble of joining
the coblist and then wait six months to send a single spam message, but
that appears to be what happened.  In any case, it's over, resume cob
mode.
