Cob: jist of an outdoor cob oven

Can someone please tell me the jist of making an outdoor cob bread/baking 
oven? I know there is a book out there somewhere by Kiko Danzo ?, but I 
really can't afford that right now. My friend wants to know if I will head 
up a weekend project to start that up. I know I'd need some sort of 
foundation, but after that? How do I form the organic shapes? I can make a 
good enough cob mix, but I just need help with the actual formation of the 
oven. Thank a lot!
