[Cob] composting toilet - off topic

Nothing against composting/sawdust toilets (I use one myself), but it
really is off topic for the coblist.  Last I looked there were lists
elsewhere for discussion of topics like this, lets try to keep the list
focused on just the cob related aspects of building.
