[Cob] Jilly read the rules

Jilly,
   This is a cob list.   We have been tolerant and warned to stay on the 
topic just a week ago if you bothered to read the mail Shannon sent.   
Another rule if which you didn't comprehend is that if you have cause to 
say something to clarify an issue which is off-topic or personal, you 
must do so directly to the person involved and not inconvenience the 
list, list your below post flagrantly violated.

    Any cob issues,d information, and queries are welcome to the 
group.   Take a pill of ethics for abuse of the group and a pill for 
common sense.   Hopefully this will help.
