[Cob] hey everybody, hold your horses!

Hallo,

I was just curious about where in the states it would
easiest to build cob, in terms of permits. I'd like to
live in he northwest somewhere one of these days so
I'm kind of hoping they'd be a bit more open about it
there. Or maybe germany I'm thinking about moving back
there. If anyone knows about germany I'd love to know
what you know.
